singsmiths year 6/7 singers
Our brand new Year 6/7 Singers project is a chance for this pupils in these year groups from different schools to get together and sing.
This started as a 10 week project in Spring 2026 to give Year 6 students a chance to meet children from other schools before heading to secondary school, and was set up as a confidence building group before big changes in their lives. Those Year 6s are now in Year 7, and are welcoming new Year 6s to create this brand new group!
The Year 7s get a chance to sing with new friends, or keep up with old ones, and the Year 6s may meet others who will be heading to their secondary school in September, or they might just meet others who like doing the same as them!
Working with a highly experienced choir director, this group will focus on musical theatre and pop songs, with a few extra things thrown in. They’ll work on team-work and confidence building – all whilst having a great time singing!

Enter the school site via the big green gates on Sandy Bury (not the Tubbenden Lane entrance). Our room is almost directly opposite the gates, and has a sign with the word ‘Nursery’ just above it.
New term starts: Monday 14th September 2026

costs
When you sign up, you will be invoiced for the project cost of £70. However, this can be paid in one payment or in 3 instalments.
Singsmiths receive no funding to help with places, but if money is a barrier to a child who loves to sing, please email steph@singsmiths.co.uk.
Young Carers registered with Bromley Well will pay their own advertised rate.
